Co-founder & Strategy Lead
Helena is a peacebuilding and mediation professional with over a decade of experience advising and supporting UN agencies, multilateral organizations and NGOs working in conflict contexts and polarized environments. At Build Up, she provides overall strategic and thought leadership, with a particular focus on the integration of participatory methodologies in peace processes and on the analysis of digital conflict drivers. She has written and spoken extensively on this subject matter. Helena holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy and Economics from Oxford University and a Masters in Public Policy (Economics) from Princeton University. She is an Ashoka Fellow.
